Minimum path to a 4-node local committee + Explorer. Architecture · Pre-testnet — not a public network playbook.

01Start 4-node lab

From repo root, bring up the P1+ local committee (gRPC + Prometheus). Typical metrics ports: 9100–9103.

02Start Explorer

Turbopack on :3055 against Local env (simulation off).

03Verify health

Explorer liveness (does not probe the chain) and lab scrape.

04Env matrix

Picker: Local | Dev | QA | Prod. Remotes stay disabled until NEXT_PUBLIC_*_GRPC / _WS are set. See env.example.
